Great breakfast and dinner - dinner at 30 euro pp for 4 course menu incl water and wine very good deal. Love the vintage decorations and the open barn restaurant.
The hills around faenza are very beautiful with vineyards, olive trees etc - sort of a mini tuscany but less touristy. Easy to go to ravenna etc

Warm welcome and hospitality by the owners. Unique location on a hill between the vineyards. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Plenty of space to relax around the old farmhouse and pool areas. Delicious breakfast and dinner with specialties from the region.
