Our check in experience was outstanding, we arrived late and they had a couple of sandwiches so we were not hungry. Room was quite spacious, air con and fan, useful amenities and cold water in teh fridge as well. The facilities were super nice, there were water filling stations averywhere. Breakfast was really good, but I need to mention that the bakery stuff were superb. Food in general was very good. Staff were so accommodating and lovely, and even though were are staying a couple of nights in another resort, we will go back for the dinner show tomorrow. Concierge was really helpful. Snowkelling gear, kayak and paddleboards to use. Happy hour on a few drinks and thematic dinners. Thanks for making our anniversary so special!

Room service starts from 11:00am till 10:30pm. Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms were fantastic, beds massive and the balcony was an added bonus. Layout and decor of the hotel was equally grand - by far the best I saw in Samoa. Facilities exceptional. Location great. My personal highlight was seeing the Fia Fia dancing.

A variety of family and children's movies are available to choose from at the property. Excellent, cannot ask for more. Bathroom was lovely, hot showers were very welcome. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The flush on the toilet was slightly damaged but no inconvenience. Jade went out of her way to help us when our car hire company did not have anything available despite our reservation, and found us a car so we were able to see the island. A saving grace for us!

Wonderful place! Loved having a beach on the property, especially with kids. Very kind staff. Problems mentioned in previous reviews (food, staff) were not perceived by us. We got upgraded to a villa at check-in, which was of course a huge plus. Gorgeous pools/property. Loved snorkeling, led by a staff member, who was so sweet to our children. Food was great, albeit expensive. Room was very clean.

Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with sea or mountain views. Come for the view, stay for the warm, caring staff and local food! My husband and I had a fabulous time here. Lolita and the other staff were attentive and helpful. The lifts to town were great. The grounds of the hotel have amazing plants and flowers and small waterfalls. We were lucky to be there on a Sunday and get to participate in the traditional umu feast. The nets on the windows are very good so you can have all the windows open.

There weren't too many people there, so it felt more like a private club.

Guests enjoy direct beach access and a children’s playground. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room I paid for exceeded my expectations. The beach and pool was also a plus. I would definitely recommend this place!
