You can relax on the furnished terraces, where the hosts will welcome you with mint tea and Moroccan pastries. Rashid was really kind and stayed up until late to let us check in when we had a BIG delay - much appreciated. The house has a great vibe to it and a warm atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the African coffee with spices for breakfast - quite exceptional! Highly recommended!

A 15-minutes walk from Ouarzazate town centre and 10 minutes’ drive from Ouarzazate Airport, this Riad offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Traditionally decorated, it features a fireplace, library and terrace. The Riad has a very nice atmosphere. You get a good feeling here. It’s exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated. Very comfortable beds and the ac/heating was a great edition. The bathrooms were impeccably clean. The staff were so friendly, honest, and above all helpful. The lovely man who greeted us, gave us amazing suggestions about how to spend our time in Ourrzazate.

All of the rooms are individually and traditionally decorated. All of the rooms are en suite and some have a terrace. Rooms can accommodate up to 3 people. All the employees were super kind to us. Rooms were clean furniture was comfortable and new. Bed linens were clean enough. During the check-out hotel owner Jan-Pierre came and showed us a nice route to Marrakech. And gave us snacks to eat on our way to Marrakech too. Breakfast was enough. Unbelievably designed hotel lobby.

Salomon ( son and operator of house) is very sweet and friendly. He made our stay enriched with the bike tour and his warm and friendly personality. Our room was very cute and the beds were comfortable. It was a unique experience and I would highly recommend The Heritage House.

The staff were warm and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was a beautiful, relaxing space. Breakfast was fresh and delicious —highly recommended

Small size property, run by the owner, who is an excellent host, very good food and comfortable rooms!
