Very nice location close to the train station, and not far from the Lungomare. Very comfortable bed, and stylish and clean room, Host thought of many small touches, like splitters for the plugs. Although the apartment is shared, my room larger with private bath felt private. Air conditioning was strong, and a nice view over the park.

She was always available and you can tell she puts her heart into everything she does, from her warm communication to the attention she gives to every detail in the house. Her way of hosting radiates calm, care, and true hospitality. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very quiet, with air conditioning, tv and a really cozy bed. The bathroom was also impeccable and perfectly clean. There was also an access to the shared common room and kitchen, which I really appreciated, it was well kept, peaceful, and ideal for reading or simply unwinding. The location of the house is perfect, very calm, quiet, and peaceful, which made the stay even more relaxing. It’s not easy to find a place that is so well taken care of, and at the same time, a host who makes you feel truly welcome. I’m really grateful, and if I ever come back to the area, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers looking for a safe, serene, and genuinely warm environment.

It was very clean, only stayed for a night with my partner but it was worth it, good location, close to the station, the guest was very kind and helpful, I could call him at anytime and he would help me…always attentive on his phone and just made us feel very comfortable

It is in a quiet location and clean good sized swimming pool with beds and parasols. Our room is clean and the view is beautiful. We went to Scarea beaches and 20 minutes to get by car. We did, in the morning we used the swimming pool, then lunch out to the Scalea beach, After the beach, we cooled down in the pool back again. The air-conditioning was working well, but it was quite cool in the night while we were in August.
