What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality of the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and assisted with everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about local attractions and even helped us arrange transportation and guided tours. The food at the in-house restaurant was another highlight. The menu featured a mix of local Sikkimese cuisine and other Indian dishes, all of which were delicious and freshly prepared. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated, offering easy access to popular tourist spots such as MG Marg and the Enchey Monastery. Despite being close to the city's main attractions, it provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Evara Hills in Gangtok is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I would gladly return on my next visit and highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Sourav is excellent host and make us feel homely and there to guide us in our tour. It's extremely nice place to stay at gangtok

The breakfast location was great, with a view of the Kanchanjunga. (Unfortunately, it was fogged in and not visible during our stay). The food had a great variety and they menu varied every day. Plus, they made fresh dosas and omlettes. The dinners were also excellent, varied menu during our four-day stay. We would particularly like to recognize the staff, who were ever helpful and polite. Divya and Pem deserve special mention. At our dinners, Divya was sweet and attentive to our every need and comfort. Pem was similarly very attentive to our needs, particularly, Kadha in the mornings as I had developed a cold. All in all, an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the Taj Guras.
