Even though the studio is not in the city center, it is still on the main street and in the lovely area. We hope we will visit again! :)

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hair dryer. Everything was great. It's an old building renovated with taste. The surroundings are nice and very calm. It's very clean. Good breakfast. Great value for this price. What I loved the most was the obvious focus on customer experience. We had a dog and when we arrived there was a cushion for her to sleep and bowls ready to use. We also have a small kid who could play on the terrace and with the toys in breakfast room. They embraced perfectly new technology. It's easy to communicate with staff and to enter the building. They are qr codes everywhere to get instructions for the washing machine or connect to wifi. In many hotels where we stayed, you feel like they are only after your money, here they are obviously driven by the objective to please customer. We'll be back.

All rooms feature garden view or a view of the quiet town spa zone. This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. It offers spacious rooms and suites, a restaurant and exclusive spa centre with a relaxing pool, a meditation spa, a dry and steam sauna, a salt cave and a gym. The spa offers over 30 different procedures from beautifying to physiotherapy. 10/10 give to the staffs who are working there especially the receptionist Petra. The breakfast was amazing.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The vast wellness, beauty and fitness area provide a superb possibility for relaxation. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.
