Every room at Felmis Hotel is equipped with air-conditioning and a safe, and they all have a private bathroom with shower. Most units also offer views of the surrounding mountains. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. The parking is right next to the hotel and there is an itailian restaurant also We enjoyed walking around the hotel's neighborhood. We highly recommend to stay here.

The HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne - Beach Club & Lifestyle Hotel is tranquilly situated within its own grounds on the shores of Lake Lucerne, only 4 km away from the city centre with beautiful views of the landscape. Great hotel with an amazing view to the lake and Lucern. Very friendly and profesional staff!! Tasty food at the restaurant and closed attention to details. The breakfast had anything you want, a lot of variety. Deff recommend Hermitage, high class hotel !

It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids.
