There is a kids' club for the children and guests can make use of the business centre. With staff speaking German, English, Spanish and French, guidance is available at the reception. Everything. This property was the nicest, cleanest, and most incredible hotel we have stayed at. The spa facilities, staff, and room were exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Would recommended this place to anyone.

Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness. The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!

The Hotel Waldegg - Adults only enjoys an elevated south-facing position in Engelberg. It offers panoramic mountain views, a spa area with an indoor pool, and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available, and a free ski bus stops right in front of the hotel in winter. Staff was amazing! You cannot tell the owner apart from the staff. He acts like staff and the staff acts like owners! Amazing customer focus! The view is by far the best in Engelberg. Try the Thai food restaurant! There are no children!
