The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne).

Throughout the stay, guests can enjoy the Bürgenstock shuttle boat to and from Lucerne, as well as the funicular, free of charge. Our rooms are connecting room with super nice lake view. The spa was too good to be true. There are choices of steam room and saunas, indoor and outdoor pool. We like the outdoor pool in particular, because it is clean and with less people. You can swim under water and ask your family member to take video or photos for you through the Bull"s Eye. Also, there is a floating pool in the spa which you should not missed. All in all, we had a great time in the spa.

You can play tennis or golf at this hotel, and the area is popular for mountain biking and hiking. Europe's highest outdoor lift, the Hammetschwand lift, is located nearby. The hotel guests can access the MS Bürgenstock Catamaran as well as a funicular from and to Lucerne during entire stay free of charge. Bürgenstock Cinema is available for all guests at a charge of CHF 15 per person per movie. Amazing location, amazing food, amazing staff, beautiful scenery, beautiful accommodations. Exceeded all of my expectations.

Equipped with high-quality furniture, each apartment at BellaRosa includes a kitchen or kitchenette with a dining area, cable TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Location was the higlight. Nice tucked away village with awesome views. Morning and afternoon at the balcony with view of lake lucern were our highlight. Locationwise was perfect for our planned tourist visits. The hosts kept us informed of process and welcomed us next morning. Juice, water and welcome chocolates were a treat we were not expecting :) Bits in kitchen all there - including cooking oil. A little glitch on bathroom hot water was sorted very promptly. Heating was pretty good - we had to get the fan out - which was tucked away in the little loft room. Overall the place had a good chalet charm about - kids loved it.

The rooms at Engel Hotel feature white, empty walls, pine wood floors and straight lines. The monochrome bed headboards have built-in mirrors and halogen lighting. The room was immaculate with an incredible view, and one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had!! The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, and the area itself was so peaceful and quiet, especially early in the mornings. We also loved the breakfast. We easily could’ve stayed for another 3 nights - we will definitely be back!

Located in Beckenried, right at the shore of Lake Lucerne, Superior Hotel Nidwaldnerhof features a lake-view terrace and offers free WiFi access and free garage parking, with each room having its own assigned parking space in the underground garage. We arrived after check-in hours and the staff were very nice and helpful. Since we arrived after the restaurant was close, they made us sandwiches a and salads. The room was great also and the views were good.

The restaurant serves fine seasonal cuisine with many products from local farms. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6.30 pm. Very lovely hotel, well located, nice staff, clean environment.
