The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi. The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to post something i needed posting on the day we left. They kept me updated until it arrived in Austria. The guys were extremely helpful. They upgraded our suite, helped with local restaurants, and let us park the car at the entrance (parking lots are scarce in the center oh Hanoi). The suite itself was super clean, well maintained, I loved everything about it. The breakfast was fantastic. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to start their journey in Vietnam with a very pleasant hotel

I enjoyed everything this beautiful hotel offered. I certainly will bring my family to stay at this hotel in future. Employees at all levels at this hotel are well trained, very nice, friendly and ready to help. I most got in touch with staff at the restaurant at Level 11. They are very helpful. This little hotel has everything you can expect from a five-star hotel.

    The staff were friendly and very helpful. Its a great hotel for families. It was a good base for our family of five, including three teenagers. The location is right in the heart of the old town. A lot of the tourist spots are within walking distance.

    Breakfast was great, staff couldn't do enough for you and were very helpful! We had teenagers with us we should've booked adjoining rooms or 2 rooms as it was a small room for the 4 of us. Would've been fro for small children just not teenagers a big as adults. Mind you we weren't in the rooms long!!

    LOVE THIS PLACE!! Would 1000% recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi, if you like to party (location is very very good and walking distance to most drinking spots) or if your with a family (very quiet and kid friendly) this place is perfect and we had the best time here. Great breakfast menu, clean rooms and the friendliest staff who always check in with you and the manager Jackie was so helpful with planning are next part of the trip. Overall no down sides at all.

    The staff & the location absolutely made this hotel! Travelling as a family of 4 with 2 young children means we can be quite needy! The staff were always too happy to help with any questions or concerns that we had. They even washed baby bottles for us daily! The bar was cosy and a nice addition to the stay, quite enjoyed a red wine there at night. The pillows were comfy and rooms dark making for a comfy sleep. Housekeeping daily was much appreciated.

    Perfect central location, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. We travelled with our toddler and the hotel had our cot ready for us when we arrived and provided us with a high chair at breakfast. Our room was very quiet and dark, perfect for a family.
