The room is lovely, large, clean, freshly decorated, with original wooden floors, air con, beautiful antique radiator. the breakfast muffins, juice and pastries were plentiful, delicious and free! The boat was very attentive and even brought me an iron and ironing board on request; and set up HBO max Communal areas including Kitchen, bathroom and large living room had all the facilities you need. Pelham village nearby is gorgeous, train goes to Grand Central in 30 min
