Ken and Carolyn are gracious hosts who have anticipated every conceivable need their guests might have. From the complimentary coffee and tea, to the freshly baked cookies, to the snacks available for purchase, the hot tub, the wine and beer bar and the heavenly scent of our guest room, their attention to each detail is noteworthy. Our stay was very good. The room and bathroom are excellent, modern, comfortable and cozy, comfort of the bed and pillows were wonderful. The service from the staff was impeccable, always very helpful and attentive, friendly, smiling and polite . All our special requests were met. We went to a wedding in the area and stayed at this hotel. The kids couldn't use the pool because we were busy with the wedding, but they were super kind in allowing us to extend our check out by a few hours so the kids could use the pool. The little details enchanted me. It was a great choice, For those who go with the objective of skiing, the White Mountains are literally in front of you, forming a beautiful landscape. I highly recommend it.
