We had an extremely pleasant and welcoming stay. The hosts were such a warm and friendly couple and their dinner is so sumptuous and yummy. We were caught in the earthquake and we had to stay another day. The hosts took such great care of us and helped us with arrangements to leave Hualien - giving us lifts to the train stations, checking train times and possible routes. I highly recommend staying here.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. The room was spacious with double storey space. The beds and comforter were soft and comfortable. The property was tastefully decorated to give a cosy homely atmosphere. The staff on duty Parker was very friendly and greeted us when we checked in. The coffee machine and chilled drinks at the lobby were complimentary. For those with hunger pangs at night, there were cup noodles available for free at the lobby. Very thoughtful service! We appreciated that the staff helped us change our towels and cleared the garbage daily. The breakfast was made in-house and the individually-plated breakfast was wholesomely good. We had a memorable stay here while in Hualien. Highly recommend this place for large family looking for a homely stay.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Delicious and extra-ordinary breakfast. Possibility to rent bikes. Large and clean room. The location is calm and green, what we want after being in Taipeh. To Hualien City approx. 20 Minutes by car (e.g. Taxi).

Room was very spacious. Breakfast was included. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The hosts were also very accommodating in picking us up from the train station when we arrived and dropping us off at the train station when we departed. The host was very helpful in assisting us * Booking cars and drivers when we wanted to explore the area for a full day. * Recommending places to visit and good places to eat.
