Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Kaohsiung rail main station and HSR station are along the same MRT line.

Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.

I love how convenient it was going to the theatre because I stayed here to watch a show. I also liked how comfortable the room was and how they made an eco-friendly note for the guests to explain why there were not disposable toiletries except for toilet paper. I also love the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the room is super spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great place to escape from the city and emerge into the wild. Wonderful location. excellent shuttle bus service and reasonable price. Lake tickets are included. It's worth for revisit!

Great location and value for money. Great staff and service with luggage storage. Great room size and comfort, especially the bathroom. Excellent breakfast selection and variety across the 3 mornings. Even had ice cream to pair with the great coffee machine if affogato is your thing!
