The house is beautiful in a nice garden with an interesting history. It has been recently renovated so all of the beds, bedding, towels is new and of high quality - very comfy bed. The location is good to walk into town and also near some interesting temples. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable about the history of the house and was helpful to organise bike rental. The breakfast was also delicious, varied and large portion.

Simon was a great host nothing was ever to much trouble. It was such a peaceful, relaxing 2 nights. The option to have breakfast and dinner there is a must. The food was so good. We was recommended by a friend to go and so glad we did. There was a games room, pool, nature walks so there was always something to do. Will we be returning.

Close to both Wat Pra Sing and Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street, Chian house is located in Chiang Rai and has a public bath and garden.

We stayed here for a few days as we were in need of some rest and regeneration. It's a lovely spot with lots of little quirky details that make it feel very cosy. Rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable beds, not all have Aircon, but the fan does the job and is much cheaper, so a good deal if you are on a budget. The restaurant has simple, but very tasty meals, great coffee and smoothies. The owners are an older couple who are friendly and fun. Really appreciated the swimming pool on hot days to cool down a bit. They also rent scooters and have plenty information about things to do around Chiang Rai.
