I was staying here as it was extremely close to Impact arena as i was attending: D-day concert. The location was perfect, and the hotel made it more special for us fans ( ARMY) by giving us by incorporating Suga and BTS themes in the lobby, restaurant, and our key cards. Gave us free drinks with customized cups, too. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. Everyone was fluent in English, so there was no communication barrier. They made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

My Trip was exlenet at this hotel 5 stars, and the staff are very nice and friendly to us, they help all the time, and the room are very comfortable and big size and clean, they give us water every day and soap for washing clothes, we really enjoyed our stay there for 8 days, thank you manager and staff,

We loved that it felt really homely and it was right next to the impact arena to watch one championship. We also loved the decor, was really cool, all the movie posters and the vintage stuff. There was also a full fridge of everything, noodles, drinks, water etc. it’s was more like an Airbnb. But it was clean, comfortable and cool. Thanks so much for your hospitality, we even forgot the door code and had to call the owner quite late at night so we’re sorry about that but thanks for answering!
