The hotel looked great in the pictures, but it was even nicer in real life! We were upgraded from a double room to a single-room apartment. Everything was new, clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable! Our bed was great, the shower was spacious and clean, there were plenty of amenities, and they even gave us a free drink at their bar. The restaurant also serves good pizza and pasta. Although they offer paid parking spots in front of the hotel, they suggested we try to park for free on the other side of the street, which worked out for our entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The staff were wonderful and very helpful - their English was also fantastic. The food was exceptional. The location was just far enough out of Kranj to be very peaceful and with a bus service just outside, it was very easy to get in and out of town and also to Ljubljana. I would highly recommend Hisa Ales.

Situated in a very good neighbourhood .. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Parking space and short drive to the city centre. Apartment has everything we need. very friendly host Andreas, he actually went to buy a baby cot for our grandson. That’s super good of him . if we come back to Slovenia one day , i will not hesitate to stay here again. Recommend to anyone.

Everything is very nice, modernly decorated and very clean. It is quiet but also close to the city center. The staff is extremely approachable and friendly. All praise and certainly recommendation number 1. And yes, the breakfast is great.
