FinlandWe visited there while we were heading to Norway with our motorcycles. We stayed in a cabin, it was so clean and comfortable. The host was increasable friendly, she even cooked our food and we talk about the cultural and historical background of the region.

Basicly the entire grond floor is available, family is living on the first floor. So privacy is no problem.
