Because of the cyclone Belal, it was unfortunately not possible to stay in the accommodation, the route to the town was blocked. However, I'd like to emphasize how professionally Jacques André handled the situation. He kept me well informed about things, informed me promptly about the fact that the route to the town was blocked after the cyclone and he immediately and proactively offered a solution. That's a perfect example for superb customer service and experience.

One of the best places we have ever been. Tastefully decorated apartment, spotlessly clean,all appliances you need for a perfect stay. The owners are soo nice,gave us welcome drink and snack and repeat the same next evening . We ordered breakfast,do not miss it , fruit and home produced products. Had a very nice stay at this very well equipped summer house with the garden and magnificent view! You have everything you need for your stay, I just wished I could stay longer. A bit challenging to climb to the entrance if you are without a car and with the luggage, but you are in the mountains 🙂 And thank you very much Sophie for such warm welcoming!

it is definitly bigger than all the other accomodations we have slept at in Réunion. It has more of a hotel-feeling. But the overall vibe was really nice and relaxed. The room was good and clean. The food was excellent and all staff members were extremely friendly! We used it as a base to do hikes in the area.
