I had an absolutely amazing experience at Ataraxia Resort in Panama! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a warm smile and offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. The owners are incredibly attentive and truly care about providing a memorable experience for their guests. They were always willing to help with any requests and gave us great insights into the area. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. The environment is breathtaking. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by lush nature and serene views that are perfect for relaxation. Whether it was lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, or exploring the local beauty, every moment at Ataraxia was pure bliss. I can’t recommend this place enough! The place had a great location, it was very private and peaceful. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you Natalie for being a great host. The food amazing, I had most of my meals there and they were all fresh and delicious. I loved the free kayaks, SUP boards and snorkeling equipment. All transfers to and from the island were arranged by the host which was super helpful. Thank you again!

We stayed at Eclypse de Mar in one of their hotel rooms for five nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The setting is breathtaking—nestled in nature, surrounded by clear waters and lush greenery. The overwater bungalows and the eco-friendly design make the property truly unique. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which allowed us to completely disconnect and relax. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt cozy and in harmony with the natural environment around us. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, whether you’re into snorkeling, hiking, or just soaking in the beauty of Bocas del Toro. We highly recommend Eclypse de Mar to anyone looking for a unique and tranquil getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

really nice and helpful owner. Water Taxi stop. And nice seaview where you can see the sun down. Haf to buy the breakfast but was really good with a lot of choices.

Really nice locally owned hostel right by the water :) great chill out area and my stay was made even better by the amazing volunteers who were so amazing and nice!! The hostel is clean and tidy, shared dorm has big lockers and private rooms were very spacious. The Zapatilla tour I booked through the hostel was super fun, we even got to go fishing and caught barracudas. I had a very memorable time in Bastimentos because of this hostel and would highly recommend it to everyone :)
