The view was outstanding. The unit was spacious, comfy and clean. The hosts were friendly and we had a very smooth check in and check out. I highly recommend this place for a family.

Owaka Lodge was a great overnight stop, in a small hamlet. It was clean, plenty of hot water. Gaynor is an excellent hostess, very chatty and the buns were a bonus

Guests staying at Catlins Newhaven Holiday Park are a 5-minute walk from Surat Bay, a long sand beach in Newhaven, where you may be lucky enough to see a Hooker Sea Lion.

This property is absolutely stunning. The location is fabulous with amazing view and only the sound of sheep and birds. Well equipped with everything you need and a very comfortable bed. There is also a great BBQ out on the deck.
