Excellent facilities throughout - an oasis in the jungle ! Very friendly staff and excellent food. Safaris and boat trips easily arranged with very good guides.

The family are great, the peace and quiet at the lodge is excellent, the food was very good, and the safaris were amazing. If you are looking for the creature comforts of a resort or hotel then this is not the place for you. The rooms may be spartan but they were clean. This is the place to go if you want to be away from the crowded tourist district, and value some peace and quiet. You will have a large variety of birds around your room, and maybe the occasional jackal at night if you are lucky (don't worry about them, they are great to see and go in the other direction as fast as they can if they see you). The family who own the lodge are all lovely and welcoming, and they supply some great tasting food (the nearest shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. Bishnu from the family who runs the lodge is also the safari guide, and he is great He is a local who truly loves and cares for nature, and who is very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. I went out on my first jeep safari within a couple of hours of arriving and to be honest I was not expecting to see much. I would have been happy with a few birds and just seeing the park. What I saw far exceeded that. We spotted our first rhinoceros within a couple of minutes of entering the park and saw several more (up very close). There were dozens of spotted deer, hog deer, gharial crocodiles, mugger crocodiles, macaques, wild boar, and a huge variety of birds. I went on another jeep safari two days later and saw 9 different individual rhinoceros that day as well. Some of them were within n 5 metres of our jeep. On that second safari we also saw plenty more of the other animals I have mentioned, including a huge range of birds, including some migratory species which are rare to see in this part of the world. Unfortunately I decided not to do the canoe ride or the walking safari, but have since been in touch with other tourists I met there, who said that was also a wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommended.

Nyaz is an amazing host. Really caring and friendly, you feel home. The place is super beautiful and simple, I felt peace the minute I came here and didn’t want to leave. I have stayed 2 weeks and this sejour changed my life. Would go back anytime

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

Very nice place to relax and see the jungle. Staff were great and the food was exellent. We had Thali every night. Huge choice for breakfast. You can do jungle tours and go down the river. We saw lots of rinos crocodiles, and various birds. You can sometime see the crocidiles from the resort. In the evenings they had local dance performances and the pool was nice. Well recommend if you are looking for a few relaxing days.

We had an excellent stay in Kasara. Surely one of the best, if not the best 5 star hotel in Chitwan. Staff were super polite and helpful, facilities was amazing and the food was superb, we enjoyed every single dish we were served. Raj and the team did an incredible job during our stay, highly recommended

During my stay, I just accidentally caught a cold, the owner not only drove me to the clinic, but also offered heart-warm caring, which made this hotel become my overseas hometown. moreover, the owner can also organize safari activity with a reasonable price, also offering the service of providing tailor-made food and car service. very recommended.

His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its guests, this is it!

Very beautiful room, tasty food and good organization for safari! Guiding safari is very good and the price is better than at some other place. Highly recommend!
