big and couzy room ("anna" room, indeed they have names). it is more like a small studio than a room: divided in two parts, there is a living area and sleeping area. The former includes a kitchenette equipped with two electric cooking hobs, sink, a complete set of kitchenware and pans, microwave, water boiler, coffe machine and fridge. Warm even with limited use of the heating, that is possible to adjust according to wishes. the breakfast is served in a common room at the ground floor and is superb, ranging from a rich fruit and salad choice to cheese, smoked fish, eggs, yogurth, croissants, freshly made orange juice, etc. the host and his wife are really friendly, they know how to do their job and make you feel at home. really a reccomended place if you want to stay in Kampen.

Studio 157 is in a beautiful location overlooking the canal in Kampen, it was easy to drop off our luggage and park locally a few minutes walk away. Lovely large, modern, bright & sunny studio, really comfortable bed, good facilities in the kitchen area. The shower room was a great size, the shower huge. The hosts were lovely, they live on the top two floors above the Studio, do read their folder, its beautifully written and its obvious Iris & Lukas love living in Kampen. You can see why, we thought we would stay one night and not visit the city, but after wandering round on the first evening we fell in love with Kampen and spent the whole day there the next day. It’s very chilled, with incredible historic buildings, lovely shops and bars.

Such lovely and relaxed owners. Even though it wasn’t necessary, Matthijs picked me up from the station after returning my bike. Also, I was supposed to travel with a friend but he fell ill. They removed some of the price, even though I didn’t inform them beforehand. Really kind. Room and breakfast were exceptional. There’s a living room with all kinds of facilities and coffee and tea 24/7.

We received a very warm welcome and got a detailed explanation of the room right away. Breakfast was excellent – especially the fact that you can get an egg cooked exactly the way you like every day. The location is decent for Defqon, and Zwolle train station is super easy to reach. The hotel is located right by the shopping street, which is perfect for grabbing a snack or doing some shopping. We also really enjoyed the beautiful koi pond in the garden, which we admired every day because we love fish. Highly recommended for Defqon visitors! Definitely use the taxi driver recommended by the host – that was a real insider tip!
