Nizuc worked well for our family's taste, instead of the other two hotels next to it (which I think were a bit larger and more crowded). The food was great as well as all the facilities, and service staff very polite. Pool area and kids activities also worked well.

Breakfast was ok and the beach is pretty good for a central place. We lowed to stay at the beach in the morning. We have upgraded to the suit room as there were not regular rooms. It was ok and reminds me the family resorts which we go when i was a kid.

The hotel was just the right size (not too big like other resorts), with beautiful rooms that are suitable for big families.
The kids loved the kids club and the adults enjoyed the other activities.

We had a great family vacation! I want to share our personal experience - one of our kids is allergic to dairy, Sebastian (who my kid still remembers and talks about) was taking care of him the whole time, making sure he gets meals (and desserts) every day without us worrying. He was amazing and caring and played a significant role making sure our vacation is perfect. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. Amazing food and best kids club that my son ever went. Highly recommended to all family’s with small kids. Also amazing, friendly and very helpful staff. Will definitely comeback.
