The place itself is very aesthetic. Nicolas, was a super host. He was warm, friendly and always very attentive. Thank you for being so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to others. The apartment is spacious and ideal for a small group. Safe property for couples and solo travellers. The balcony deserves a special mention.

Stunning Apartment at The Balise Marina – 5-Star Feel! Our stay at The Balise Marina was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by how beautiful, spacious, and luxurious the apartment was. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the living area is cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home – from utensils to towels, it was all thoughtfully provided. The apartment was immaculately clean, with a 5-star hotel feel throughout. The pool is huge and fantastic, perfect for a relaxing swim. The entire environment is lush, green, and peaceful, with beautiful boats gently passing by as you sit on the very large and lovely balcony – an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is great too – just a 2-minute drive to supermarkets and restaurants, making it very convenient. The host is outstanding – incredibly kind, generous, and always helpful. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. We truly loved every minute of our stay and will definitely return again and again. Without a doubt, this was one of the best apartment experiences we've ever had!

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a hidden gem! The property is in a brilliant location and has unique and beautiful architecture. All rooms have en-suite facilities. The location in the southwest of the island is excellent. During our three weeks in Mauritius, we stayed at three different accommodations in different parts of the island (north, west & east). In terms of nature, infrastructure and beautiful scenery, we definitely considered the west to be the sweet spot. It´s just 10-20 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches of the whole island. There is also a large shopping center with a supermarket (SuperU) just a few minutes away. Several restaurants and local shops are within walking distance. Communication with our Host Nadeem before and during our stay was just perfect. Very fast, polite & informative. He had lots of useful tips for the surrounding area, which definitely made our stay even better. The warm personal welcome on site is also worth mentioning. We immediately felt welcome. The accommodation is really clean and modernly furnished as described in the pictures. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the wonderful & spacious pool. The entire outdoor area is very well maintained and green with lots of plants and even some palm trees. Despite being a gated community, it feels very private and quiet there. A beautiful place to relax and calm down. The interior is very spacious and well furnished (as are the kitchen and laundry room). It was a perfect stay. We are already looking forward to visiting the villa and the island once again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I liked 18 days of vacation in these apartments. Quiet protected complex, convenient location, the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable stay. Cleaning twice a week. The owner of the apartment Laurence decided all questions with transfer and rent of the car (prices are very acceptable). We had a great holiday on Mauritius.
