It was a fabulous stay. We arrived on Sunday, and Mónica spoke to us on the phone, and we told her the arrival time, and she was waiting for us outside on the street so that we would have no trouble finding the house. It was an apartment, larger than described and much better than the pictures on the web, tastefully renovated with many details that you hardly find in a hotel. Daniele, Mónica's partner, quickly resolved an issue with connecting my computer to the television. Both the Wi-Fi and the breakfast were very good. Absolutely recommendable.

We were a big group of 14 people (4 families), we spent there only one night on the way to Tuscany in June 28-29 . We were satisfied, we appeciated a nice and big terrace close to the house. Kitchen was fully equipped, air-condition the the hall in the 2nd floor. There are also beds for small children. A contact with the host was without problem, we got all information needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. The house could be also a very good place for bigger group (with even small children) to explore the closest region.

Great location, downtown. Our room had a balcony and it was fantastic to have an evening drink there. I liked breakfast. Please note parking spots are limited, though you can always find somethong down the street.
