We were totally positively surprised. It was said that arrival time should be until 19.00, but due to road problems we had arrived only at 21:00. We were in contact with with host’s all the time and they were very calming. Next surprise was that Appartament had all necessary things like coffee tea oil sugar etc. Even more, in fridge there were two beers waiting for us, limoncello water juice, toasts and kinder surprise for kids. All including the price. But all surprises didn’t stop since our daughter celebrated birthday, there was ring in the morning and host presented to her a present for birthday. So kind and nice. We were there on a quiet getaway and this was perfect - the hotel is built on a mountainside and is surrounded by nature. The building is new and beautiful, with all wooden floors and an alpine feel to it. The bathroom was big and convenient, and the room was very clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. The spa has a glass wall to the view and we just enjoyed sitting in front of it. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The B&B is located just outside the nice little town of Vittorio Veneto. Some 8 mins from the main road. A narrow twisty road leads to the hamlet where the newly renovated (which is an understatement) building is, in the foothills of the Dolomites. Rustic with high quality materials and airconditioning.. A shared and shaded balcony for a glass of local wine in the evening. Breakfast downstairs, outside or inside. Perfect location to explore mountains, sea and Venice. Elena is a lovely host who is always available when needed. I would recommend their restaurant as well (only open Fri-Sun, or special occasions). I was on business and stayed for 5 days. My business took longer than anticipated and I would've liked to stay longer, but the place was already booked. Which I understand.
