- The area: This is a fantastic rental property in a great location. A short walk from the local beach! The local area is a quiet coastal village. The local marina has some nice restaurants and supermarkets. For the best nearby beaches, you can drive 5 minutes to Budoni beach or 15 minutes to spiaggia di su Tiriarzu. - The property: The property has a BBQ and outdoor shower in the garden. The beds were quite comfortable. There is a gated private parking space in the front. The property is clean, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We cooked two meals. - The hosts were friendly. Their English is limited but they are very accommodating! Thank you Consuelo 🙂

The apartment was very spacious, incredibly clean and very close to the surrounding beaches and San Teodoro town. It felt had lots of modern and luxury touches. We had beach towels and beach umbrellas to borrow. Rita was a wonderful host, very responsive, flexible and generous. She gave us many great recommendations. I would highly recommend it!

The house and our room we’re very very nice. Everything looks brand new and well taken care of. The pool was open 24/7 and very refreshing. The location is very quiet and therefore was perfect to relax for a few days. The host Lucrezia was very friendly and had lots of good recommendations for food and beaches.

Lovely Italian/French couple run the place. Very friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice, with a large terrace. Breakfast was very good. Close to old Village of Posada and easy distance to many varied beaches. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Posada! Our host, Martina, was very, very, very nice – one of the kindest and most caring hosts we have ever met. She immediately answered every question we had, she even recommended someone for our Baunei Coast excursion, which made our experience even more special. Our hair dryer broke one evening, the next day we found a new in fron of our entrance, even tho we told her not to bother because we can manage without one. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and well equipped – you can really find everything you might need, even the small essentials that most hosts don’t usually think of. Martina is truly attentive and thoughtful, and we are very grateful for her hospitality. Highly recommended!
