This is our second stay within a year! It is self-explanatory on how charming the place is. The property is full of history and character. The room is restored in style, equipped with modern facilities while having the historical elements seamlessly blended in. Our room is extremely comfortable. Our stay at the apartment in Cremona was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Barbara made us feel incredibly welcome. She provided a thorough tour of the property, explaining how everything worked, and was always available to answer any questions. The apartment itself was perfect for three adults and a toddler. The location was unbeatable. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the main square, which is bustling with bars and restaurants. Despite being so close to the action, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return to this apartment if we ever find ourselves back in Cremona. An altogether different experience. Our 'room' was a suite - bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and private courtyard. Everything was impeccable, and bed linen, cups, coffee, tea etc were all of highest quality. Minibar in the room and bottled water provided. You stay in the palace itself, which dates from the 15th century and the host gave us a guided tour of the rest of this wonderful small palace. It is quiet and the atmosphere calm, yet only a few minutes' walk from the duomo. Cremona itself is interesting and well worth an overnight stay. The palace also welcomed our dog.
