Chiara is the best host ever, very nice and perfect contact. We traveled with small baby and everything was perfectly prepared even the bed for child. The loft is very well located and it has everything.

Lovely apartment, very spacious and has all the comfort of your own home. 3 comfortable double beds, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffees. Perfect location also with local shops (good supermarket and 2 amazing bakeries) and some good local restaurants at walking distance. Perugia very close by. Perfect for families with little children as there is a cot and baby bath, spacious garden also. Playground further along the river. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Property offers parking indoors!
