Fantastic. We are very pleased with the stay. The house is in a great location for trips. Near supermarket, bus stop. We used the parking lot at the Laurentina subway, and we used the subway. Parking cost 1.5€ for the whole day. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker and even bath bombs. The house does not heat up from the sun, a pleasant temperature inside. Beautiful garden. The owner cordial, nice and very helpful. She made our stay in Rome better. Shared coffee and chatting in the company of handsome cats will always remind me of my stay in Rome. We will definitely return. I heartily recommend.

Giuseppe was the perfect host and he should be the high standard for other bed and breakfast. He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.

Astonishing property, it is really a little paradise. Super warm host, helpful and available. Secure parking is in the garden, you can really easy get to Anagnina station by the bus, and then on the metro. You cannot purchase bus tickets on the bus, so we got free ride to Anagnina Metro station. Viva Italia
