The properties is very new, everything is very new. It is nearly situated nearly at mountain top so you can have very good view of mountains including the snow-capped in a distance, it is very beautiful if the weather is permitting ! The owner is very attentive, he pro-actively contact us to ensure that he can greet us upon our arrival. In fact, he is waiting for us as we did arrive a bit later than planned, he greeted us even it was dark!

Excellent location for a visit to the Barolo area. The owner and her staff were extremely helpful. We particularly enjoyed the wine tasting carried out by Ilaria, a real expert and exceptionally eloquent. We were also impressed with the wellness facilities and with whole compound. We look forward to our next visit.

We liked everything about the place: the location, the recently renovated buildings, the spacious and very clean rooms, the swimming pool with a view over the vineyards, the quiet. We especially appreciated how welcome the owners made us feel, their kindness and enthusiasm.

We had an amazing stay in Sinio! The hotel was beautiful, with a stylish and comfortable room, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We had an amazing time. If you are there when the restaurant is open for dinner (thurs-sat/sun lunch) would highly recommend staying for a meal as well. Best meal we had in Italy. Everything is very high quality in the rooms. Location is good (you will need a car to get around the area as most places in the region)

The B & B is located in a hilly and very nice neighborhood. The views are spectacular! It served as a great home base for exploring many nearby villages. The breakfast was amazing! It included both savory and sweet. The quality of food was very good. There was nothing lacking. Lucca is the Best!
