It is brand new, we had a feeling it was only opened a day before our arrival. Altough we did not have an aircon in our room directly, the temperature was perfect, possibly had the best night sleep here during our holiday in Italy. The kitchen was well equipped, so the bathroom. Has a nice garden and not too far from the train station in case you want to take the train to Bologna.

I especially liked the great service, the host Erica was very helpful and friendly and always responded immediately. Also the place was nice and cozy, the kitchen well staffed with everything needed for any kind of holiday. Next to air conditioning there was also a self maintaining fireplace which was easy to use and exactly the right thing you need after exploring Bologna the whole day. There is also even a small garden to relax in, which can be accessed directly from the apartment. I would definitely come here again!
