The suite came well equipped with kitchenware and necessary items for cooking and making coffee. The view from the suite is amazing and what you see in the photos is what you get. The hot tub was warm and good. The barbecue grill was also great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and tidy.

When you get to the Hafdals Hotel you will be impressed by the view and then you’ll realise that you get to enjoy this view every single second during your stay (well not every second, the bathroom has no view towards Akureyri but this is no fault of the hotel). Speaking of the room it is quite spacious and the shower has some nice water pressure. The complete hotel facility was clean and well managed! The breakfast buffet is adequate, there is a good amount of choice and the food and drink is of high quality. The bed is comfortable and the provided pillow lead to some restfull sleep.

It is a wonderful place to stay. It is really quite and located in a beautiful place. The Room is spacious and the bathroom with anything you could need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Many kind of things, many homemade and tasty elaborations. The owner also sells some wollen items that she makes herself. We bought a beautiful blue hat. We loved our stay. I will always come back and recommend it to anybody.
