I have stayed in many hotels in India from the Taj to the ITC and I can say this hotel has by far been my favourite. The staff are polite and friendly, the management is accommodating and professional. I felt so welcomed I stayed longer than originally planned. The surrounding area is peaceful and tranquil and I rate this a five star venue. It will be my go to place for visiting Bangalore now and for the future. This property is a new one, located in prime area easy access to shops and show rooms. They have Vallet parking in basement. Good service from staffs. Fast WiFi, I loved the breakfast lots of option, chef came to individual table and take feedback. Mr.Guna friendly and very helpful in the reception. I will come again next time. Thank you
