Welcome and care of all staff members. Room was charming, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Good location for many of the sights and for exiting Shimla avoiding much of the central Shimla traffic.

The place is done up really nicely, is calm, peacefully perched on top of a hill, amidst a forest of cedar trees and hence the name. The food was also great, we really enjoyed our stay here and shall be returning for sure.

The apartment was really beautiful and clean. The location was also excellent. Staff like Varun and his team were very helpful and made the stay very comfortable. The SPA lady was also excellent and was very thorough and professional with the facials. All and all it was an excellent experience. We will surely visit again.

I loved the ambience and old world British era of this quaint villa built in 1840. Beautifully presented with lovely timber furniture and tasteful decor. Set in a VIP zone on Jackoo Hill set in the pine trees. We had a fabulous BBQ dinner with a blazing firepit which was a lovely experience. Great food, friendly staff, an altogether relaxing stay....

This was my second visit to Shimla, and once again, it was a truly wonderful experience. The property was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall charm of the stay. Mr. Deepak Thakur, the host, was incredibly kind and professional—a true gentleman. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay felt warm and welcoming, much like returning home.
