Location is excellent. Our room was upgraded. View of Himalayas is great to watch from inside the room, attic, balcony outside and even anywhere in the resort. Food was tasty. Breakfast while viewing mountain range has a different feeling. Experience is unforgettable. There is even arrangement for cab driver stay and food.

my stay here was amazing, i was welcomed by a family and Nirmal was extremely helpful. i was sorry i only stayed 2 nights, because the atmosphere is really genuine. the room is spacious, and the food they cook is organic and amazing! during the arrival journey and during the organized trip to babaji's cave, Nirmal was always there making sure everything was fine. he is an amazing person! i recommend everyone to stay here, you will feel at home.

The short answer in Nandini Cottages. The Himalayan view from the rooms and the balcony is breathtaking. The size of the room is much bigger than most flats in our cities. The hospitality of the staff is soooo homely. The complimentary breakfast is great with lots of options. They also cook a handful of dishes for lunch and dinner and the prices are reasonable. The caretakers -- Rajendar and Pramood -- are very efficient and helpful. They always have smiles in their faces, no matter what. On reaching the property, they will receive you at the entrance downstairs and carry all your luggage to your room before helping you with your parking (the property has ample private parking space). On entering the property what one immediately notice is the kind of detailing that has gone into making the homestay on a par with any luxury hotel. Every inch is made with care. Be it the small library, or the photographs/ paintings hung on the walls, the garden/open seating area, the children's play area, the exterior or the interior lighting, the viewpoint, the hiking trail at the backyard, etc. Overall, Nandini Cottages surpassed my expectation. It's the best homestay I've every stayed at.
