We stayed for a week. It was an awesome experience. It's a very nice place with a great location. Walk across to the beach. The service which Anas, the caretaker, provided was excellent. The food he prepared for us was delicious. Anas also took us around the city, a beautiful temple, the lighthouse, boating and around. The beaches in Kappad are lovely and unspoiled... Quite a getaway. Overall, great hospitality and amazing place.

I booked A/c room. They showed me non A/c room. I booked again for A/c room paid 2500/. Not worth it. mattress quality is very poor. very hard it is. booking.com have to verify the quality of booking and the service. I had very bad experience.

We had previously stayed at the Gateway Hotel but found it lacking in some areas, so this time we chose this apartment—and it was a fantastic decision. Everything here is of a much higher standard. The building is modern and stylish, with a luxurious feel that’s clearly well-built and thoughtfully designed—nothing about it feels cheap. Although it's within easy reach of SM Street and plenty of restaurants, the setting is peaceful, with beautiful views of coconut fields. The rooms are a real highlight—elegant, well-equipped with high-tech fans, a fridge, a luxurious rain shower in the bathroom, and the incredibly comfortable Emma mattress. From the receptionist to the security guard, every staff member was warm and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!

This hotel has spacious and well-kept rooms to offer. The bathroom impresses with its elegant natural stones and new fittings. Everything is clean and nice. We had a room on the 9th floor with twin beds and slept very well. We were also satisfied with the restaurant where also alcoholic beverages are available. The selection of beer, however, was limited to just one type of beer, namely Kingfisher Storm. Being a guest of the Hotel we got a remarkable discount of 20% on it.
