I booked one room for 2 nights but wasn't able to arrive until the second night. I arrived on the second night with friends who also wanted to book a room there. Instead of charging for the second room, they gave it to us for free in lieu of the first nights accommodation (2 rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for 2 nights). I was very surprised by their generosity as it was my fault that I couldn't arrive the first night. The food was also incredible. Excellent quality and the quantity was insane. It's even more impressive when considering the remotness of the hotel. By far the best accommodation I stayed at during my entire holiday throughout India and Nepal. The customer service couldn't have been better.

Really nice staff, you can see that they try to create a different atmosphere, something more "cosy". The room and bathroom are really spacious. Bed are really confortable.

Best resort in Nubra Valley with the world class facilities.Truly an experiential resort , where there is a lot to do apart from them rooms.We had great food at this resort.Cottages are build nicely with view of Himalayan mountains . We arrived at 03:00 Pm at resort had lunch outside in the garden area, relaxed for an hour .We enjoyed Village walk and after that we did the Sundowner at Sand Dunes which is a must to do experience.The location of this resort is amazing sorrounded by Tri Mountain Range .We are very glad that we choosed this resort for our stay and eagerly waiting to come back . Thanks to Mr. Wani & his team for an unforgettable experience.
