This is one of the best hyatt hotels we stayed in. And one of the best compared to other hotel chains we stayed in. We recieved a very warm welcome from ms sathi who arranged fresh juice for us. Because the temperature was very hot outside. The room and bathroom is spacious, the staff from reception to restaurant are very friendly and polite. Always working with a smile. Nothing is to much for them. Thank you kavita. They have a very wide spread of food items for breakfast. The food is delicious. they also have dinner buffet option. Try the chinese restaurant, delicious. The hotel is not to far from the main things. You can easily find rickshaw our taxi in front of the hotel for a reasonable rate. Once more thank you ms sathi for making our stay memorabel and pleasant! When were in gujarat again this is for sure our hotel!!

Staff is wonderful, led by Mr Mukesh, was being so nice, so available with us. The hotel in itself is an official heritage complex, beautiful and so calm, so serene. Surprisingly in such a historic place, you feel at home. Room is big, clean, gives you anything you need from a European point of view. We (me and my father) slept so well. Location is right near Manek Chowk, in the heart of the old city. A gem.
