Everything was perfect! The breakfast was really big and delicious food The appartement is very big clean nice room confortables bed, wifi works perfect, even a big kitchen if you want to cook, The place is really quiet close to the airport and just 3min walk from the metro I definitely recommend this place, The owner and the staff were professional very kind and really helpful, They drop us at the airport, give us good adress for restaurant close by, they even arrange us for a blackwater boat ride at kochi if you don't have time to go to allipey! We recommend this place 100% for anyone coming to kochi or leaving kochi!

I enquired about the breakfast starting time and the staff during the phone call said it starts at 7 am. But when I arrived they said kitchen only starts at 8:30. I travel for the business purpose and breakfast time I wanted to make sure And plan my day accordingly. Giving false information when you enquire in call is not right. Staff there at the front desk was not professional had no clue about general info. .

Our stay was wonderful! We came for our daughter's exam at the TCS Ion Exam Center. The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful during our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay stress-free while we focused on supporting our daughter. We had the most incredible stay at Nest Villa. The villa was immaculately clean, and equipped with everything, literally everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt exactly like our own home. The villa's location was ideal - around 1 km from the Cochin International Airport which made the stay more comfortable and convenient for us The hospitality we received was great, be it from the owner or other staff.The owner - Eldhose was ready to help on to the slightest of the problems and was ready to help no matter what . He is a very very responsible man, who is always ready to answer our queries There were 2 families and everyone was sooper duper comfortable and happy about the stay we had . Thank you to the amazing stay we had at Nest Villa and next time, for the stay at Kochi, of course this will be our first priority I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a perfect stay for your family/ your friends
