Breakfast service was second to none with the best selection. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and the facilities for keeping kids occupied was great with kids club and also kids play area on the premises.
Pool facilities were a welcome asset to the place.

Everything was brilliant. We stayed for 3 night with 2 small children (3 and 6).
We got a family room which was great and plenty of room . The breakfast was top class . The staff were so nice and helpful . Our 3 year old made a lot of noise and was being a typical 3 year old 🙈🙈🙈 . No one said a word to us and made us feel more than welcome . We even lost a shoe out the window and the manager had to climb on the balcony to retrieve it 🙈🙈🙈 Thank you everyone this is a great hotel 👍👍👍

Our hot water went on the first night(no fault of the hotels)which was a big let down for us but the leisure centre was open to use the facilities. The manger Paul went above and beyond to rectify the situation as quickly as possible while keeping us updated. Overall, staff were very helpful and friendly, they couldnt do enough for us. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for a family friendly stay.

Excellent service and value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff both in the hotel and leisure centre. We have a baby, a toddler, and a child, and the staff were always available to help and chat with the kids.
