John was an excellent host. Explaining everything about the house plus available on what’s app. Also he took the time to tell us about recommended local attractions and how to get there and even go to cheaper and better locations. John, suggested the Burren visitor centre for breakfast, an excellent choice each morning as was the Vaughan local pub. Live music plus the publican and the pub were in Father Ted ! 10/10 we couldn’t falter our lovely stay.

A very spacious room, a comfy bed and a big kitchen in a quiet place. The owner was so nice and gave us good advice on what to do in the evening and the following stay. We were also pleased to have an included breakfast.

The hosts were so welcoming and inviting. They gave us recommendations for the area and gave us a warm delicious breakfast of our choice. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We also had amazing hot showers. iI you're headed to the cliffs or just want a break in the countryside, stay here!!

Perfect location, amazing SPA area and breakfast. Great for a little escape to rest. Also near the Cliffs of Moher and Galway, which are incredible to visit. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for an authentic family-run B&B experience, this is the gold standard. I travel often due to work - and I've had the privilege to stay in so many places all over the world (Japan, Estonia, Malta, Portugal, South Korea, Germany, USA etc etc etc). Churchfield is going to hold a special place in my heart. My big mistake was not booking more nights in this lovely place! (if you end up feeling the same way, just ask them if they have extra rooms available). Aoiefa and her family has taken so much trouble to make you as comfortable as possible - it's all the little things from the tea & coffee in the room, the hot water bottle, the thoughtfully provided toiletries etc. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was warm & inviting. You can tell they love their guests, they are passionate about what they do, and hospitality is what they are all about. The location is excellent for an adventure to the Cliffs of Moher, and the Aran Islands. Not to mention that across & along the street you can walk to Irish pubs with trad music (even though we were there in an off season). All in all it was a memorable stay. Thank you for welcoming us into your family home ❤️
