This is a great spot to start your journey in Sumba. Next to the ocean this place belongs to a community and is real, it is run by locals who will assist you with all your needs. The rooms are simple, but very clean and unbeatable for the price, even with AC. The ladies working there were so sweet and nice, they organized a pick-up from the airport, a scooter to rent, and I could even store my luggage with them while I was away for a few days. The breakfast was rich and also yummy dinner options available. I felt very good.

This place is an absolute gem! I really enjoyed my stay at Oro Beach House. Spending an entire Sunday in the yoga area facing the ocean and having the entire beach to myself were pure luxury. The bungalows are very comfortable and clean, private and so quiet. The entire staff was very friendly and always helpful. I loved the community and family vibes. The food was excellent too. Thank you Ciska for creating such a beautiful place!
