Great facilities, especially the lagoon. Fantastic staff, honestly amazing hospitality. They provide a high quality service, and we were welcomed by dancers upon arrival. Lots of activities for both adults and children, and it was a very family friendly hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

Everything was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming, they really made our stay feel special.
The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5, the treasure bay and activities were great for the kids and the food was awesome too.
We definately recommend Natra Bintan and would love to return.
Thank you for the lovely relaxing break we needed!

Special experience of "glamping" for family with children offers once in a lifetime of opportunity to enjoy close contact with mother nature and night stars scenery, and minor urbanisation is something not easily available in today's modern world.

I think the resort staffs were extremely patient and helpful, especially I came with family with small children and requesting for many things. The in room massage were pretty good. I also requested for a balloon hand pump for my daughter’s birthday and they were so kind to find and lend to me.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. We are family with 2 teenagers, so I booked 2 rooms, hotel staff was kind enough to lock the connecting rooms for me upfront. Have a good stays.

Modern rooms, absolutely beautiful beach and location, super friendly staff, loved the fun vibes, good variety of food for breakfast, fantastic to have pool right by beach, great for families too. Also really enjoyed the release of the baby turtles. Practical to have buggies to take you to Banyan Tree restaurants. We stayed in the 2-bed with loft apartment - very nice, they prepared the extra bed in the loft area.

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Everybody grew beyond theirselves to make our stay pleasant for all of us. We had a 3 bedroom villa which was perfect for our family of 6. The surrounding gardens are well maintained, the location was peaceful and especially the kids loved the pool with waterslide. Kids club was lovingly, they took good care of our grandchildren.
