The location, room, facilities, staff, food were all amazing. Particularly the staff and the food. An absolute gem of a place in a surprisingly beautiful location. The panoramic view from the room and dining area outside of the sea is out of this World. There are not many places left on earth where the view out to sea and the local islands is totally unspoilt.

I originally planned to stay at Secret Surf Camp for just two days but ended up extending to a whole week. The atmosphere is peaceful and calm, cozy environment that makes you feel like at home. The owners and the team working there are so kind and welcoming, adding extra bonus to the place. If you are looking for a relaxing escape with great vibes this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!🏄‍♀️

One of the nicest homstays I have ever been. Room is a bit small but really comfortable, everything is there what you need. All is perfectly organized and the hosts are so friendly! We had a really nice stay there and felt very welcome! Can totally recommend.

We were sick during our stay and Rivaldi and Herwin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of including checking us into a room well before check in time, bringing food to our room and making us butterfly tea. It was so relaxing at Air Manis that we could lie in bed and listen to birds all day and watch the sunset over the ocean.

Just like in paradise! Completely cut off from civilization, no phone coverage, close to nature! The facility has only 3 cottages built from recycled materials such as old wood, old windows, etc. There was only 1 shower with cold water for everyone in the middle of the square. The cottages had open roofs so insects, squirrels and monkeys could easily get inside. One of the macaques stole our food :) It was very funny! The cottages are right on the beach, so every morning we snorkeled admiring the coral reef. We saw dozens of species of fish and sea turtles. There are also beautiful mangroves. The jungle around is wild and there are no paths so you can only take short walks. The place is beautiful! There are wonderful people here, locals prepare fresh food (fish, rice, vegetables) and bring it every day by boat on request. From the airport in Padang it is about 2 hours by taxi, and about 20 minutes by boat. But the place is difficult to find, even the taxi driver had a problem. For us it had an incredible charm. If you love nature this place is for you! If you have high expectations and expect comfort you will be disappointed. I really want to go back there!

A wonderful place with clean, comfortable cottages, and dinner at a communal table where all guests had the opportunity to get to know each other, chat, and share experiences. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip for a chance to see the paradise. The owner cares about the environment, tries to minimize plastic use, and runs a sea turtle protection project. We highly recommend this place.

Another fantastic stay. Thank you for taking such great care of us. Seeing a familiar face waiting to collect us from the fast ferry made our journey so easy. The dinner was delicious and the staff were absolutely fantastic once again. Next time we visit we will stay here. Thank you for everything!
