First and foremost, the room exceeded all expectations. It was not only spacious but exquisitely decorated, creating an ambiance of luxury and comfort. Walking into the room to find a selection of fresh fruits, cold juice, and delicious cookies awaiting me was a delightful surprise. And the cherry on top? A wonderful tea time with delectable little cakes, truly a treat for the senses. The pool area was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether I was lounging by the poolside or taking a refreshing dip, I couldn't help but feel completely rejuvenated. As for dining, the restaurant at Ayom Suites truly impressed me. The menu offered a diverse range of options, and every dish I tried was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The culinary experience here was nothing short of exceptional. However, what truly set Ayom Suites apart was its remarkable staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attentiveness and genuine care for their guests were truly commendable. I was touched by the heartfelt farewell from the staff as I departed, and receiving a sweet message along with a picture we took together after leaving was the icing on the cake. In summary, my stay at Ayom Suites was one of the best experiences I've had so far. From the amazing room to the fantastic amenities, delicious dining options, and outstanding service, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Ayom Suites highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful hotel ,get a high room on hotel entrance side facing the mountains ,a amazing view .room was lovely,great TV selection ,great food and reception staff were polite,professional and friendly ,I had a extra night I couldn't stay as my boat ferry moved the schedule forward and the lovely lady at reception gave me a credit night to use within 3 months which was so helpful

I had an amazing stay at Eternal in Mataram! Opened just 6 months ago, everything was increibly well-maintained and clean. This was the most amazing and welcoming accommodation we have ever been. The rooms they are so spacious and with all the comforts you can imagine. Jeff and his wife suci they will make you feel at home immediately, if you want the best dives you are also in the right place. Jeff is a well known experienced diver and can bring you anywhere. We went together exploring the capital and all what it has to offer. Good vibes and amazing food served at the door step were just some of the luxury we enjoyed there. The kitchen will bring you the best indonesian and European food you can think off, u name it and they know how to do it and where to source it. Cooking classes are also available thanks to the amazing kitchen staff. You will find there a luxury home, the feeling to be in a holiday but with friends. The perfect family friendly accommodation, our kids they were constantly gone playing with their kids and being meanwhile supervised, this gave to me and hubby time to relax in a nice and safe environment. The swimming pool is kept extremely clean and offers you a great refresh start for the morning. The rooms are europe style and all the furniture too and I must say that was a huge help for us. Complementary breakfast is the best deal you can get. We were more than a month in indonesia and this was the perfect paradise to stay in indonesia. We thank you so much for giving us such a good time, food, wine, music, and memories that will not be forgotten ❤️
