The hotel location is on the island with a picture post-card view. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I wish that I was able to stay here longer.

Very good location at the lake front, nice balcony, everything was very clean, the stuff were cleaning the public areas all the time. Very good breakfast (included) with many options, friendly staff, nice pool, good cocktails, many options to book excursions where everything worked out as planned. We would love to come back!

From start to finish our hosts Milvia Pineda and Dethlev Cordts had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Fresh coffee, water, washing facilities, kitchen utensils, travel wash were all on hand. Great balcony area with stunning views. They had thought of everything. We decided to stay an extra day as it was so nice! Close to Tikal without the hustle and bustle of Flores. Made us feel like part of the family. On our last night the ladies cooked us fresh fish dinner with a bottle of wine. Great walk nearby at the Biotope. Can't recommend enough! There is a walk up a little hill to get there so bear this in mind! Well worth it for the sunsets swinging in the hammock! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ladies!
