Christi is such a warm, thoughtful, and lovely host who made me feel very at home. I was so pleased to find bottles of water in the fridge to keep me hydrated throughout my stay. Heraklion is such a busy city filled with many undesirable drawbacks that come with being in a big city. However, staying in Christi's place in Kokkini Hani meant that I was in a more local area with land full of fruit trees aligning the road into town. It is a peaceful 10-minute walk to a fantastic restaurant nearby, and about another 5 minutes into the center of Kokkini Hani including beautiful beaches, big grocery stores with everything you could need, many great restaurants, and a bus stop that can take you to Heraklion. Christi is such an amazing host, she even offers to drive guests places when she can. I was glad I could ride with her and get to know her better because she is kind, funny, interesting, and tranquil. I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at Vista Costa with our family! The home was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean house with everything you need for living. Location is very quiet, beautiful view, there is a playground nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Thank you for the welcome basket and a small gift for our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment. New premises, which are equipped with everything necessary. And equipped with great love. This can be seen in a lot of small details. Very nice hostess. The apartment is not on the first line by the sea, of course. But quite within walking distance. Very quiet and a calm area. Most of all, the silence is disturbed by cicadas. In a word, if you decide to rent this premises, you definitely won’t regret it!

We loved the staff - everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. The attention to detail in the room and in the service in general is amazing. We felt so comfortable we did not want to leave the hotel (even though we did to get to know the island). The food is amazing and very varied - not only in the main restaurant but the different bars and restaurants with reservations. We stayed in a room with a garden view and it was still very beautiful. The beach is amazing, and the pool is as well. What also amazed us was the cleaning service of the room - everything was so well cleaned every day. Also, in most all-inclusive hotels, some cocktails/restaurants are not included. We found it surprising that literally everything is included. The comfort of the room and the hotel spaces is top-notch! We will definitely come back with our families and friends. 10/10, would recommend without a doubt. We are very happy with our stay.
