The family were so kind to us, they prepare delicious food and on our second night even invited us to join them for homemade Khinkali with some friends and other guests. The bar area is super cosy with the log fire, and even though the temperatures were reaching -15 in the night, the bed was comfy and warm. They provide a small heater for the room too which really helps. We really enjoyed our stay here and it's a great location to reach any area of the village on foot.

Super located in the historical part. The best dinner and breakfast in Georgia. And the host is wonderful and friendly. You can feel very comfortable. Strongly recommend!

Fast check in. We booked on the same day, and the hostess came quickly to let us in. Thanks <3 Comfortable room, the portable heater worked well. Loved the hot shower! We ordered dinner at the property (30 GEL per person). It was tasty, but we expected it to be larger. Maybe it was us, just more hungry than average after having hiked for several days... After check out, we were allowed to leave our bags downstairs, and pick them up just before taking the minibus to Mestia. Convenient location.

Nora is very nice. The accomodation is located in beautiful village Ushguli. Everything is clean, the kitchen is very big and well equiped. The room is also very nice and quiet. All you can hear in the night is the water in the river which is very relaxing.

Don’t look any further for accommodation during the hike - you’ve just found one! We’ve paid ~185gel for a night for 2 with super nice dinner and breakfast. The host speaks english, and she is always there if you need anything. Dinner was great and the guesthouse is super clean. We’ll def come back!

On this first day of the Ushguli hike I decided to do a detour and hike up a 3350 m mountain on the way. It was a fantastic, but we miscalculated the time so me and the other two hikers I met arrived back in the valley at 21:00 when it was already dark. In these conditions it was impossible to walk the remaining 5 km to Zhabeshi. I called this accomodation and asked if they could fix a taxi for me and the two other hikers. As they didn't speak English very well they asked someone at the hostel to talk to me on the phone. They fixed everything for us in a lovely way. First they called a guesthouse close to where we camr doen to the valley, and this host drove me to Zhabeshi and the two others toMestia for 50 Lari each. When I arrived I got a very warm welcome and dinner from heaven - many choices and everything very well made. I really recommend this place from all my heart - the hosts are helpful and kind, the food is fantastic and the rooms are also comfy. So if you have a problem just ask the locals- they really help you with almost anything.
